On receipt of a deposit of 25% of the booking fee (Cheques need to be cleared), confirmation will be forwarded to you of the booking. Full payment must be made 10 weeks prior to occupation of the premises. No reminder will be forwarded and we regard the right to consider non payment as an intention to cancel the holiday.
Additional nights beyond 7 and 14 days may be added.
Long winter rents are available on request.
Where cancellations are made, the deposit will be forfeited if this is 10 weeks prior to the planned holiday, if made within 4-9 weeks of the holiday 50% of the full holiday cost will be forfeited and if a cancellation is made with under 4 weeks of the holiday, the full 100% of the booking fee will be forfeited.
Guests will be expected to pay a refundable security deposit of £150 on paying the full booking fee. The fee will be returned within 21 days of your holiday subject to there being no loss or damage to the property by guests.
Neither we or our agents accept any responsibility for injury or damage as a consequence of using the villa or community facilities.
No liability is accepted as a consequence of injury or loss through strikes, riots, terrorist
attacks, war, industrial disputes, technical and weather conditions, fire, flood, the grounding of aircraft, cancellation of flights, closure of ports or any circumstances that are beyond the control of us and our agents.
No sub-letting should take place and no smoking or pets are permitted on the premises.
No young parties will be accepted, preference being given to families and couples.
